Cancellations & Refund Policy

Thanks so much for joining my community and coaching program.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellations and Refund Policy of D Wilford Lane LLC and ElevatedU Coaching Program. 

 

Refunds

I do not offer refunds on coaching and mentorship services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work and “one foot out” the door.  It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE subscribing to the mentorship program and committing to work with me that I am the right coach and mentor for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

Coaching & Community

There are absolutely no refunds unless there are double payments taken out of your account for one service or a discrepancy on our part. . If you are not completely satisfied with your investment, have to stop the program for personal reasons, and or have financial issues. You are on a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription before your monthly payment due date.  Any cancellations after your payment due date will not be refunded.

Payment Plans And Subscriptions

If you invest with us using a subscription or payment plan and decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and try 3 times again. If you need to update your card, you have a 7 day grace period to update your new information. If you do not get your information up to date during that grace period, program access will be suspended. If you cannot bring your account into good standing within 60 days after that, we will reluctantly be turning your details over to our friendly collections agency. If you need to update your card, let us know so we can assist and make sure your profile is current.
